The seat of the Committee is in London or in any other locality in the United Kingdom.

- Members
- The Members of the Committee are of four categories:
- (a) Founding Members
- (b) Ordinary Members including Corporate Members
- (c) Corresponding Members and
- (d) Patrons
- The subscribers to the Constitution and such other persons as the Council shall admit to membership and who shall agree to be bound by this present or future constitution of the Committee, its terms, rules and regulations, shall be Members of the Committee.

- Council
- The Annual General Meeting shall elect from the Members of the Committee every two/ three years a Council, consisting of the following members:
- The Chairman
- The Vice-Chairman
- The Secretary
- The Treasurer
- and six members of the Council
